Alexander Glacier occurrence is located at an elevation of approximately 1815 metres, near the head of the Alexander Glacier.

The area is underlain by area is underlain by rock of the Devonian Stikine Assemblage consisting of bedded limestone and mafic volcanics intruded by small mafic sills and dikes.

Locally, the type and style of mineralization is not described.

Work History

In 2019, Sassy Resources Corp. completed a program of prospecting, geological mapping and geochemical sampling on the area as part of the Foremore property. Two outcrop grab samples (B0020706 and B0020652) yielded 0.21 and 0.53 gram per tonne gold, 111 and 9.3 grams per tonne silver with 0.970 and 0.797 per cent copper, respectively (Sassy Resources Corporation [2019-12-31]: Amended Independent Technical Report - Foremore Au-Ag-Cu-Zn-Pb Property, British Columbia).
